U R Enough: From Wound to Worth — Documentary Film
Toneal is currently producing U R Enough: From Wound to Worth, a powerful documentary that explores the emotional, mental, and spiritual journey from pain to healing. Through transparent storytelling, compelling interviews, and reflective moments, the film examines how wounds — whether from childhood, relationships, self-doubt, or life’s challenges — shape us, and how intentional healing allows us to reclaim our identity, rebuild our confidence, and rediscover our worth.
This project is both personal and universal, offering viewers a transformative look into what it means to break cycles, confront hard truths, embrace growth, and finally affirm: “I am enough.” The documentary aligns directly with the mission of Educated and Empowered by providing education, inspiration, and real-life tools for healing and self-worth. It will premiere as part of the Empowerment Expo on Friday, September 18.

The Heart Behind Educated and Empowered
Every program, event, and experience is an extension of Toneal’s core belief: when people have the right information and the right support, they can change their lives.
Educated and Empowered was born out of a passion for seeing people whole — not just successful in one area and struggling silently in another. Through EAE University and APS Academy, Toneal intentionally weaves together personal development, professional growth, social empowerment, and spiritual grounding.
Her work is not about perfection; it’s about progress. It’s about helping you move from where you are to where you’re called to be, one intentional step at a time.
Whether you enter through a coaching program, a subscription, a course, a webinar, an event, or an author opportunity, the goal remains the same: that you leave more confident, more informed, and more empowered than when you came.
Beyond the Work
The personal passions and values that shape who Toneal is behind the scenes.
Outside of her professional roles, Toneal is a proud wife, devoted mother and grandmother whose family keeps her grounded, inspired, and connected to her purpose. She serves faithfully in her church, Carol Divine Temple, teaching, mentoring, and serving those under her leadership to support both spiritual and personal development.
She is also a singer/songwriter who uses music as a tool for healing, affirmation, and emotional expression. Her creative gifts extend into filmmaking, where she produces stories and documentaries that highlight real-life issues, promote understanding, and inspire transformation.
As a natural community builder, she has a long history of creating safe, uplifting spaces — including empowerment circles, support groups, collaborative projects, and initiatives that encourage growth, connection, and accountability. Her heart for people shines through every space she leads.
